TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Flights and travel insurance are the responsibility of each delegate

2. Workshops and activities are subject to change

3. Airport transfers provided, subject to specific arrival dates and times (recommended flight dates and times will be advised)

4. If the retreat is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, delegate places will be reallocated to a later retreat date

5. The Deadline for all completed delegate payments is 23:59hrs (GMT) on Wednesday 31st March 2027 irrespective of payment plan

6. The Joy Retreat operates on a fixed-period delegate cancellation policy. Cancellations must be received in writing and shall be based on the following.

7. Delegate cancellation up to 23:59hrs (GMT) on Saturday 31st October 2026, will be 50% refunded

8. Delegate cancellations after this period will forfeit payments to the date cancellation notification is received

9. Payment, in part or full, confirms acceptance of the above Terms and Conditions
